All properties have their own inherent lives. Stadsmuren's task is to clarify the way in which we can best
maintain and develop our clients' properties in relation to market availability and demand.
This analysis indicates which types of
development, in the long term, create the best
return for a property. A development and marketing plan will then be drawn up.
Based on these plans, work is then started on defining the property's improvement potential. This could for example involve applying for a change to the current
planning stipulations in order to be able to carry out
high yield renovation and conversion. It could also entail coming up with tailored marketing aimed at defined target groups, for whom we see
the project as valuable.
Stadsmuren establishes a dialogue with the planning office (we are accredited for quality liability in accordance with the Planning and Building Law) and also produces decision
data for project investments. This documentation is then reviewed with our client and confirmed before the project starts.
