Technical administration
Our property managers regularly deal with technical and financial
questions in their work. A manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of
a property and ensures that it is cared for
through sound long-term operational economy.
Amongst other things, this involves the manager checking that the heating, electricity consumption and refuse collection frequencies are adjusted to meet the actual needs of the property and of the tenants. All operating costs are scrutinised
with a view to maximising effect while
minimising cost.
A manager is also the contact person for the tenants from the moment they move in and are given their own keys, up until their departure and inspection of the premises/apartment.
A manager, when necessary meets and consults
with tenants in the event of rebuilding work,
and for renegotiation of contracts.
