Stadsmuren was founded in
1993. The company is owned by Lars Backman and Thomas Pettersson. Since the very beginning, the owners have played an active role in the company's operation.
Stadsmuren manages 2,400 apartments and 800 premises on behalf of 30 clients. The total managed floor space is
in the region of 500,000 square metres, with an annual rental volume of
circa SEK 500 million.
