Quality and environmental policy
Stadsmuren's goal is to deliver long term
qualitative property management, built on an
environmentaly sound platform and producing the
maximum possible return of investment.
Our quality concept strives to meet or surpass our clients' requirements and expectations in everything we do. Our goal is for our products and services to maintain a higher quality standard compared with our competitors in any situation.
Both our employees and contractors are responsible for ensuring that Stadsmuren's quality targets are achieved. These are as follows:
- Needs and expectations are met
- Flawless services are provided on time
- Work is carried out with the highest degree of efficiency
Organisation
Stadsmuren consists of 21 employees, 5 property managers, 5
project managers, 4 economists, 2 assistant economists, 3 rental administrators and a receptionist.
Our organisation is project-orientated, a team is put together for every assignment, consisting of an economist, an assistant economist, a
property manager and a rental administrator. The
property manager has principal responsibility for the work
carried out by the team.
A team's skills and clearly defined areas of
responsibility benefit both client and our employees.
Decision processes are short, the customer is provided with clear and prompt information, and in addition our employees develop an overall understanding of the
assignments character and specific requirements
pertaining to it.
The administrative team constitutes our client's own property management
department.
