Sturegatan 32 is where past and present meet. Here you can walk out of the door and straight into
the greenery of Humlegårdsparken, which dates as far back as the times of Johan
III. At the same time, to your left, you can just make out, to your left, the sounds of Stockholm's hottest
nightspots at Stureplan.
The building, which was built in 1877, now consists largely of office and retail premises. Tenants here have business cards describing their holders as everything from publishers and gallery owners to lawyers and dentists – a
rich mix of tenants in a classic Stockholm quarter.
Stadsmuren manages 29,000 square metres for Teknikarbetsgivarna and the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries.
